SBI Apprentice Selection Process
Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of online written tests and tests of the local language. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying for the online written examination. Candidates who fail to qualify for this test will not be engaged for an apprentice.

Medical Examination – Engagement of selected apprentices is subject to his/ her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
SBI Apprentice Exam Pattern
Each test will have separate timing as mentioned below
Except for the test of General English, Test questions for Written examination shall be set in 13 Regional Languages viz. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to English and Hindi Language.
There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests.
1/4th of marks assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates are required to score minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon).
Minimum qualifying marks in aggregate will be as decided by the Bank. There are no minimum qualifying marks for individual subjects.
